The Boker Plus Kihon Flipper is a Lucas Burnley design reflecting his well-known Japanese influenced style. Kihon is a Japanese term meaning basics or fundamentals when referring to martial arts practices. While the Boker Kihon is aptly named for it’s simplistic and modern design lines, it is also anything but basic. Perfect for application in martial arts or as an everyday utility blade. Brand new directly from Boker Knives.
The Blade: Composed of D2 tool steel, the blade rides on a ball bearing pivot offering silky flipping action with a simply push on the integral flipper. Stonewash finished, the slightly upswept modified drop point is versatile for day to day use or tactical applications. Dual thumb studs also accent the blade providing multiple opening options with either hand.
The Handle: Sturdy black G10 and steel slabs form the handle and frame lock mechanism. Tumbled and textured, the handsome handle has a worn in appearance perfect for carry and use. Also features a Hinderer Lockbar Stabilizer which prevents overextension of the lockbar during use and a tip-up stainless steel pocket clip for right hand carry.
