Kershaw Barricade SpeedSafe Orange Black Flipper 8650

The Barricade assisted flipper knife from Kershaw Knives is a new search and rescue addition to the Lineup. It utilizes their patented SpeedSafe assisted technology for some of the fastest blade deployment on the market.

The Blade: A modified drop point for all around utility, straight plain edged and black oxide finished. It’s a good sized blade to tackle some of the biggest jobs. Its assisted mechanism can be engaged via the integral flipper tab or dual thumb studs. It locks up solid via a liner locking mechanism.The fastest opening will come in handy when you need it most. 

The Handle: Safety orange Nylon handle scales means you can find it quickly when you need it the most. They’re grooved and textured for a sure grip in any environment. The handle is rather large to fit even a gloved hand and built to be comfortable in reverse grip should you need it. The rescue features of the handle include a built in cord/seatbelt cutter and carbide glassbreaker tip. You hope to never need them, but it’s good to be prepared. 

The Barricade includes a tip down carry black pocket clip.
